This concept of creating almost a timeline of the life of a ring. I created to think differently about the objects that we use every day. The story of a ring. First given as a gift which is only worn on special occasions like to a piano recital or a fancy dinner. Soon the ring is worn every day to school, to work then to doing dishes where it starts to get dirty. The ring goes everywhere that you go and starts to experience these moments with you. It becomes a part of who you are until one day the ring breaks, and is put away on a shelf with a bunch of other rings and is forgotten about.
